Quarterly Scholarship Application
Thank you for your interest in Headlines Barber Academy. We are excited to be offering a scholarship opportunity of $2,500 to one individual eager in beginning their career in barbering! If you know a career in barbering is the right fit for you, we welcome you to apply.
Eligibility Requirements
This scholarship will be awarded to ONE applicant. Whom must enroll at Headlines Barber Academy in the 1200-hour Barber Styling program and begin school in March of 2025. Recipients must maintain a full-time or part-time enrollment and remain in academic good standing, as determined by the Headlines Barber Academy to apply scholarship funds towards tuition.
How to Apply
- Fill out the application and questionnaire completely below
- Attach 3 letters of professional reference, please no family
- Submit a 1–2-minute video answering the questions listed
- Submit a 750-word minimum essay answering all prompts
HBA Scholarship FAQs Who is eligible to apply? Individuals aged 18 and older, with a high school diploma, transcript, or GED. Wants to enroll in the barber styling program and wants to begin classes in March of 2025. No exceptions (Must begin school in March of 2025).
What do I need to apply? Complete a 750-word typed essay answering four essay questions and submit a one-to-two minute video answering all mandatory questions.
